Prep Your Game:  AKA ‘The Run Through’

Designed for you.  Before we meet you’ll be sent a questionnaire where you will fill out details regarding the event your prepping for.  

When we meet you will show up as if the event is actually happening.  I will be your outside eyes; your interviewer, your audience, etc.

This your ‘Run Through’.  Your opportunity to get focused and get the jitters or glitches out that naturally occur in these situations.  

The we’ll go over notes, yours and mine, to see if the ‘Run Through’ went according to expectations.

Time permitting, you’ll get an opportunity to run through it again or apply tools to areas that might not have gone as smoothly as you wanted.  

Through this exploration we’ll get you focused, clear and excited for the actual event.
