- Payment: Fees for coaching sessions or packages must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.

- Currency: All prices are listed in US Dollars.

- Refunds: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Generally, completed sessions are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We value your time and ours. Our policy is as follows:

Notice Period: Cancellations made less than 36 hours before a scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session credit.

No-Shows: If you fail to attend a scheduled session without notice, the session will be charged in full.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during coaching—including workbooks, video recordings, and proprietary frameworks—are the property of MetaOdyssey Coaching LLC. These materials are for your personal use only and may not be redistributed, sold, or recorded without express written consent.

6. Professional Disclaimer

Communication coaching is not a substitute for mental health counseling, therapy, or legal advice. While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee specific results (e.g., job offers, promotions, or public speaking success), as outcomes depend on individual effort and external factors.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MetaOdyssey Coaching LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other clients or our business interests.

If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time.

Message and Data Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message

frequency varies based on your interaction with our services. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
